Johnny Thunders guitar on eBay, is it real???

I would love for some certificate of authenticity to be provided, but this would be a fine score for a diehard Glammy! The guitar alone is worth about this price, so the Thunders connection isn't the main sale of this piece, but it is a cool added attraction.

I wasn't looking for it. It was brought to my attention through one of the guitar boards I visit. My eyes are always on the look out in the market to see what is around. I'm a bit of a guitar freak, ya know?

Wouldn't like to say, but I do know Johnny favoured the double-cutaway single-P90 LP Junior in TV yellow. Never heard of him having one like this, but he had so many guitars over the years, who's to say?

I saw another old Les Paul on Ebay a year or two ago. It was being sold by Thunders niece or sister, who inherited it after he died. It had some sort of cross on it. It was going for about 5-6K.

It looks like on this one that the neck was broken or badly damaged by the looks of that crack.
